YA Paranormal Hop!

Morning Kindle-ites!!

It’s been a while since I’ve joined a blog hop and I decided I was overdue. Back in December I was lucky enough to be invited to Jennifer L Armentrout’s launch party for Opal.

And since I refuse to leave fabulous events like these (and trust me when I say it was freaking FABULOUS!!) empty handed I brought something back for YOU! What is it? Well, I’m so glad you asked. I brought back a signed copy of Opal. BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!! Not only is it signed by Jennifer. It is also signed by PEPE!! The excredibly edible (and totally sweet in person) cover model extrodinaire. Anyways, all you have to do to have a chance at this coveted beauty is to sign up through the rafflecopter form below. Good luck!

About Opal
(A Lux Novel #3)

No one is like Daemon Black.

When he set out to prove his feelings for me, he wasn’t fooling around. Doubting him isn’t something I’ll do again, and now that we’ve made it through the rough patches, well… There’s a lot of spontaneous combustion going on.

But even he can’t protect his family from the danger of trying to free those they love.

After everything, I’m no longer the same Katy. I’m different… And I’m not sure what that will mean in the end. When each step we take in discovering the truth puts us in the path of the secret organization responsible for torturing and testing hybrids, the more I realize there is no end to what I’m capable of. The death of someone close still lingers, help comes from the most unlikely source, and friends will become the deadliest of enemies, but we won’t turn back. Even if the outcome will shatter our worlds forever.

Together we’re stronger… and they know it.

About Misty

Your friendly neighborhood narcissist. I'm sarcastic, cynical and a bit cranky. I own a soap box so big that sometimes I have difficulty stepping down off of it, and I'm about 94% certain I have multiple personalities. I don't sleep enough, and I read more than any person should ever consider normal. I have anger management issues, especially when I'm stuck in traffic and I have an unhealthy obsession with my Kindle. I am a vampire lovin', zombie obsessed, book-in-hand, iPod freak. You either love me or hate me. You be the judge.

  1. I read it, and I LOVED it. Although the ending made me want to cry!!!!!!! Some of it I predicted, but other parts broke my heart! I can’t wait to see what happens!!!!!

  2. I think we talked about this. I have read Opal and loved it. I did kinda want to punch Jennifer. Did not throw my kindle though, lol.

  3. I NEED this! Lux is now my favorite series. I loved Opal, and definitely wanted to punch Jennifer and call her a douche canoe when it ended! 🙂 And I have to wait until July? This is ludicrous.

  4. I read this once it came out! I LOVED it, it is my favorite book in the series. Jen is amazing but yes, I did kind of want to punch her when I finished it. I can’t wait for the next one! Thank you for the giveaway!

  5. No, I haven’t been able to read it yet but I’m really looking forward to it. I’ve seen other bloggers post about that event as well and it looks like such an awesome experience.

Thanks so much for the chance to win!

  6. I have yet to read it but I’ve seen it EVERYWHERE and have been DYING to read it!

  7. I haven’t read it but it’s been on my TBR list. Punch? Why would I punch? Now I’m scared, lol.

  8. I haven’t read Opal yet. I’ve been saving up my Amazon giftcards to buy the series, though, so if I win, I’s have enough to get Obsidian and Onyx and wouldn’t have to worry about Opal.

  9. I have not read it,but have heard good things. Thank you for sharing the fun and for your generous participation in this fun hop.

  10. I have not read Opal yet and right now I am shaking my head at myself and questioning my sanity as it looks really good and I have no logical reason to have not read it yet! I think those in the room with me right now (luckily that is not a large number of people since it’s getting late here) are wondering what I’m shaking my head at. I think I’ll just keep them guessing.
Thanks for the great giveaway chance.

  11. I need this so bad!!!! I am dying that you got to meet her. No good authors ever come near my area! Thanks for the awesome giveaway!!

    1. If it makes you feel any better… I had to drive 4 hours to get to this event.

No one ever comes to my town either. I’m either driving to Austin (3 hours away) or Houston (4 hours away)

I just have a very understanding husband who knows not to get in my way of a good “bookie” event. 🙂

  12. I’ve never read it, but after reading the excerpt from it, I wouldn’t mind reading it! LOL and no, I don’t think I could punch anyone that could write a book. A movie maybe, but not a book.

  13. I haven’t read it yet, but I really want to!

    Thanks for the amazing giveaway!

  14. I thought Opal was great, and yes I wanted to punch… someone in the face! I can’t wait for the next one, I am so excited!

  15. I read it. I loved it but now I can’t wait for the next one. I can’t believe Jennifer is making us wait until the summer to get the next book

  16. I haven’t read it yet, but I want to *so* badly! I haven’t had time with college stuff lately, but hopefully I’ll get a chance to read it over spring break! Now I’m worried- why would I be mad at Jennifer Armentrout? Oh no..

  17. I haven’t read the series yet. I’ve heard the spoiler at the end is killer, so I’ll wait for the series to finish and then I’ll spend quality time reading.
