The dark secret Kayden has kept hidden for years is out. Worse, he’s facing charges for battery. The only way he stands a chance against the charges is if Callie speaks up, something he’ll never ask her to do.

Callie knows Kayden is going back to his dark place and desperately wants to save him. But saving him means admitting her secrets aloud. Callie and Kayden are stronger than they think, especially when they’re together. Together they move forward, face their demons, and finally start to heal from their traumatic pasts.

Well, if you read book 1 in this series this WoW should be pretty obvious. Much like Jennifer L. Armentrout’s “Opal” Sorensen’s “The Coincidence of Callie & Kayden” ended in one hell of a cruel cliffhanger. Hello!!! There was someone left bleeding out on the freaking floor!!! I need to know what happened. Desperately. This is what I am waiting for.

What are you waiting for?

Living in the aftermath of the Event means that seeing the dead is now a part of life, but Veronica wishes that the ghosts would just move on. Instead, the ghosts aren’t disappearing-they’re gaining power.

When Veronica and her friend, Kirk, decide to investigate why, they stumble upon a more sinister plot than they ever could have imagined. One of Veronica’s high school teachers is crippled by the fact that his dead daughter has never returned as a ghost, and he’s haunted by the possibility that she’s waiting to reappear within a fresh body. Veronica seems like the perfect host. And even if he’s wrong, what’s the harm in creating one more ghost?

From critically acclaimed Generation Dead author Daniel Waters, comes a delectably creepy and suspenseful thriller. Break My Heart 1,000 Timeswill leave readers with the chills. Or is that a ghost reading over the page?

It took 1 sentence to sell me on this book:

“the ghosts aren’t disappearing – they’re gaining power.”

Sounds to me like Veronica and Kirk have a little problem. I mean…on top of the whole body snatching conundrum. Also, I really enjoy the Generation Dead series (for all it’s kinks and quirks) and am looking forward to see what else Mr. Waters has tucked up his sleeve.

“delectably creepy?” “suspenseful thriller?” Two thumbs up…sounds like some fine holiday fun!

Your friendly neighborhood narcissist. I'm sarcastic, cynical and a bit cranky. I own a soap box so big that sometimes I have difficulty stepping down off of it, and I'm about 94% certain I have multiple personalities. I don't sleep enough, and I read more than any person should ever consider normal. I have anger management issues, especially when I'm stuck in traffic and I have an unhealthy obsession with my Kindle. I am a vampire lovin', zombie obsessed, book-in-hand, iPod freak. You either love me or hate me. You be the judge.

    1. It did! Ugh. I wonder why it pulled up under my “to be released” tab, or…better question. Why am I just now seeing it?

Ok. Off to change my post. 🙁
