When Lucy wakes up in a frozen forest, she isn’t sure why she’s there, until she sees Colin.
Colin has captivated half the girls at Saint Osanna’s, but no one has ever snared his fascination the way Lucy does. Even as Lucy begins to remember the details of her life–and her death–neither of them is willing to give up what they have, no matter how impossible it seems.
An adrenaline junkie, Colin begins taking himself to the brink of death, where their realities overlap–and discovers that he can physically be with Lucy. But maybe some lines shouldn’t be crossed.
Ok, so even if this book sounded like total crap (synopsis wise) I would still buy it because of this endorsement.
“Tahereh Mafi, New York Times bestselling author of Shatter Me calls Sublime “a beautiful, haunting read.”
Yeah, I’d pretty much sell my first born if Tahereh told me to.
But, stalker/totally creepy fangirl points aside, I actually like the sound of this book. 1) Wakes up in a frozen forest but doesn’t know why? I have so many questions about this sentence alone that I can’t even focus. 2) Adrenaline junkie? Yes please!! 3) Brink of death! Sounds grueling. The combination of all of them sound pretty daunting. And dark. And totally F’d up. Just the kind of book I love. Which makes THIS what I am waiting for.
