Wasting Time With Trailers

Happy Friday Everyone!!!!! I thought since it’s almost the weekend, (and lets be honest, we are all trying to find an entertaining way to avoid work for the next 8 or so hours) I would offer up something fun for us to take our mind off of our woes.  BOOK TRAILERS!!!

Last month I featured indie trailers, so I thought this month it would only be fair to offer trade pub trailers. So here they are, the 5 trailers that just inadvertently made me broke. (duh, I had to buy the book) Happy watching!

About Misty

Your friendly neighborhood narcissist. I'm sarcastic, cynical and a bit cranky. I own a soap box so big that sometimes I have difficulty stepping down off of it, and I'm about 94% certain I have multiple personalities. I don't sleep enough, and I read more than any person should ever consider normal. I have anger management issues, especially when I'm stuck in traffic and I have an unhealthy obsession with my Kindle. I am a vampire lovin', zombie obsessed, book-in-hand, iPod freak. You either love me or hate me. You be the judge.

  1. I loved the Leviathan one, but I must admit that the cheezy Hollywood-esque voice over made me giggle – and not in the way the makers intended I’m sure!

The Tell Me a Secret trailer is my favourite trailer yet…

  2. Loved the Leviathan trailer. Reminded me of commercials form the 1980s when I was a kid. I think it was the guy’s voice doing the voiceover.

Those are what book trailers are supposed to be like. They should be just as theatrical as something you see in the movie theaters.
