Morning Kindle-ites!!! Well, the mother-in-law is safely back in her humble abode which means I’m officially back to bring you some goodies. The most important being THIS ONE! Most of you know about my slightly sick obsession with Jennifer and her Lux series (not to mention Pepe and his total sweetness. Ha! You thought I was going to say hotness didn’t you!!! I digress…) So today I am more than thrilled to give you a peek of the next book in the series cover. Now, I don’t know about you…but to me, it kinda looks like Daemon is five steps away from committing mass murder. I can’t really say that I blame him after the ending of Opal (in which I wanted to murder Jennifer) but damn…intensity.
Oh, something to think about really quick…last year when I had a little sit down with Jennifer and Pepe (yep, that’s my crazy happy horrible hair day face down there in her about me picture) I got the scoop on the writing style featured in Origin. And you will be pleased. Why? Because it’s companion narration. Say What??? Yep, this is the first time we get to glimpse Daemon’s inner most turmoil. Why the sudden change? Well, if you read Opal it’s pretty self-explanatory, if not…let’s just say we need to see BOTH sides of the story that will emerge in Origin. It’s a rarity that an author changes their mode of delivery in the middle of a series, but I think this just might be the golden ticket to Happy Town.
Anyways…enough of my rambling. I’ll leave you to your deviant devices. And please…no licking your computer screens. I know Daemon is hot, but eww….germs people! —-xoxo Misty
